Carport at 954 Windjammer Road needs setback variance; Board of Variance meets November 18

Bowen Island Municipality is seeking public comment on a Board of Variance application for 954 Windjammer Road. The application, numbered BOV-2026-0161, asks to reduce the front setback to 0.76 m so a carport can be built.

The Board of Variance will consider the application at a meeting at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. The meeting is held online via Zoom. Instructions for taking part are on the Board of Variance webpage.
