Paving work started October 29 on Delta Avenue between Northlawn Drive and Fairlawn Drive and is scheduled to run to November 5. The paving follows earlier fortis work on the street.

Crews are working daily from 0900 to 1500 under traffic control permit TC26-01616, which is approved. The road is not fully closed. The City lists the street as a bus route, with 2 business days of additional bus-route requirements, and says parking service is needed, with 5 business days of additional requirements. No noise variance is required.
