Maplewood Gardens

This project was previously approved in 2025 to develop 552 homes (358 market housing - ownership, 60 social housing - rental, 116 market housing - rental) in five 6-storey buildings with parking for 546 residential vehicles plus 8,654 ft² of commercial space.

Quadreal has now applied for a rezoning text amendment to convert 121 units from strata to rental and non-market rental tenure, which includes a reduction in residential parking to 492 spaces. Commercial and Visitor parking remains the same. Minor changes are also proposed to the location of amenity space and building height.
